Booking and contact

When you book a discovery or exploratory call, your information is handled by Zoho Bookings, which processes the appointment and any details you provide. Zoho processes this information in accordance with its privacy policy.

Newsletter and The Leader's Lens

We intend to collect email addresses for The Leader's Lens, our weekly publication for healthcare leaders. Addresses are used only to send the publication and related updates, and to prevent abuse. No personal information is exchanged with any third party except as needed with the services that provide it.

• When you subscribe, your email address may be passed to Zoho CRM, which manages subscriber data, sends email, processes bounces and unsubscribes, and provides analytics in accordance with its privacy policy.
• Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask to be deleted by contacting us at Sandeep@multilevelleaders.com.
• Subscribing is a confirmed opt-in process, and addresses that do not complete the confirmation are discarded.

Start here, the decision tool for fit

If you complete the Start here decision tool on this website, we store your answers, the recommendation generated for you, and, if you provide them, your name and email address so we can send you the result and follow up. We also record the date and time, your approximate location and IP address, and basic browser information for security and record-keeping. This information is held in our own secure database and is not publicly accessible. You can ask us to delete it at any time by contacting Sandeep@multilevelleaders.com.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Booking and enquiry records are typically retained for the duration of a client relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax, accounting, and professional records. Newsletter subscribers remain in Zoho CRM until they unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Responses to the Start here decision tool are retained until you ask us to delete them.

International data transfers

We are based in Canada, but several of the services we rely on (including Lovable, Zoho, and Google) may store or process information on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions. When your information is processed outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of those countries, including lawful access by their authorities. By using this website or our services you understand that your information may be transferred and processed in this way.

Third-party content
