Most misalignment between a senior leader and a direct report is not disagreement. It is two people carrying a slightly different picture of priorities, decisions, and risks, and neither one knowing it. OTSP is a shared 1:1 record that surfaces the gap while it is still cheap to close, and leaves both of you with the same page, literally. Use it weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly, or as needed.
