Not every decision earns a full record, and the ones you make between meetings are the ones that quietly disappear. The Field Card holds the same discipline on a single sheet: frame it, read it, check your grip, name the trade-off, and commit with a number and a date. If the Read gives you a right-hand tick on reversibility, reach or stakes, it tells you to open the full Individual Decision Record instead.
